All letters are sent via Australia Post as untracked letters, which means there’s no tracking number.

Estimated delivery times:

🇦🇺 Australia: 4–8 business days after posting

🌍 International: 2–4 weeks after posting (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates only, and can vary depending on Australia Post and seasonal delays.

Billing & Cancellations:

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month.
• You can cancel anytime through your customer account or by contacting me directly.
• Cancellations made before your next billing date will stop the following month’s charge.
• Once a payment has been processed and your letter is being prepared, that month’s order can’t be refunded.
